CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations require a written request and can be sent to [email protected]. In order to receive a refund (minus a $100 administrative fee), all requests must be received on or before October 18, 2023. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the full registration fee. Cancellation notifications via social media (e.g., posting on our Facebook page or a private message) are not accepted.
